【Aafety regulations】
(1) Before using pneumatic tools, please be sure to read this manual. Only after fully understanding the content, can pneumatic tools be used in the workplace, and the content must be strictly implemented.
[Recommendation]
When using tools, do not exceed the maximum operating pressure (100PSI/7.0BAR/7.0kg/cm2). Often the pneumatic tools work in an environment that exceeds the operating pressure, which will greatly reduce the service life of the tool itself.
(2) When replacing tools or accessories, please remove the pneumatic tools from the air source first.
(3) Wear goggles, earplugs, and masks as much as possible during operation to maintain your own safety.
(4) Do not wear loose clothing, scarves, ties or hand ornaments during operation, so as to avoid being caught by moving or rotating parts and causing danger.
(5) When the pneumatic tool is connected to the high-pressure air source, do not press the trigger when it is not in use.
(6) Ensure the condition of spare parts at any time. Loose spare parts can cause serious danger.
(7) When replacing worn parts, please use special parts.
(8) Do not use the compressed air pipe to be damaged or impacted.
(9) Never point the tool at yourself or others.
(10) Before use, check whether the air pressure pipe is fragile or damaged. If the above situation is found, please update it immediately to maintain safety.
(11) Tighten all nuts and screws, and make sure that all equipment is in a safe state.
Appropriate lubrication is the responsibility of the tool user. There will be moisture condensation in the compressed air, which is easy to cause corrosion. Without proper lubrication, the life of pneumatic tools will be greatly shortened.
